Data Preparation with AlterYX

Creating SQL Server Connection in AlterYX

Click on Connect Dropdown to select the Providers for SQL Server 

Select Exact Providers for SQL Server to transfer Data  

After testing the Connection, Click on the Query Builder to call the Stored Procedure or tables 

Select the tables required to transfer Data 

Drag and Drop Input Data task to point the Source where the Data has to be extracted from

Add the Filters to split the Data into Files from the Presentation Tabs

Filter Splits data based on True or False 

Click on Run Button to Execute the Process to transfer Data from DB to Files

Ran in Few Seconds to Create the Files with Proper Data
