GM Desk is a Dashboard which helps the General Manager to check the Health status of the Organization through the reports from the portal site using certain devices on Daily basis.

Data are collected from Heterogeneous Database such as SQL Server for the timesheet and other project related billing data from Tally. As discussed the data from Tally will be obtained as an Excel sheet with fresh data in the respective Shared Folder with a given SLA or Cut off time. The Data will be processed T-1 day [Previous day Data will be Available].

Tables from Timesheet Database are found with respect to Delivery Management Report/Dashboard. They are given below

1. Project – gives detail about the Project Name, Project Code, Customer Code, Billable, Scrum [Type of Projects] & the status of project.

2. Department Project- gives details about Multiple Employees working under the Project. It acts as a Many to Many relationship table which in term of DWH is called as Factless fact table

3. Department – gives details about Department Name. There are 25 Department present in Congruent

4. Division – gives details about Division Name and its Descriptions. There are 2 Division with 16 Sub Division present in Congruent

5. User – gives details about His/Hers complete information with Managers ID, Emails, and Project ID.
